2、Create Budget
*Because the employee must be subordinate to at least one budget in order to open a card for the employee. Therefore, please create an employee budget before opening a card. After creating a budget, you can add successfully invited employees to the budget and open cards for them.
3.Add new employee card
After adding an employee to a budget, you can add an employee card to that budget. The amount recharged into the budget will be deducted from the Quantum Card account.
